Temperance suggests to try to hold everything in balance and not to burn out in extremes...and also to look after yourself.
The funny thing about extremes is how they mangle your personality towards paranoia. I am today extreme and paranoid.
I had a 'conversation' last night with a Tarot deck that repeatedly told me to hang on and to find balance. I would say 'But where can find this balance without knowing the answers to certain questions?'. Calmly, Tarot replies 'Find an intellectual and emotional balance'. But, but I say..I'm desperate..Just give me a fucking clue. No more balance, okay. It replies, 'Ruinist, you have material security..hold on to your famous evenmindedness'. Look Tarot, I say, what are you my fucking parents? material security? what about love, passion, adventure, self-discovery, truth, perception, sensitivity, emotions, rage, revolution, intimacy, maturity, questions of soul and shared aesthetics...
The Tarot pauses, a flash of energy reaches up through my spine, it's getting weirder, the cat lies unmoved by my state...then it replies...'Try to keep a balance'
